From the Principal

On behalf of the management, staff and students of Federal Government College, Kano, I welcome you to our official website. FGC Kano is one of the eight unity Federal Unity Colleges established in 1973 by the Military Government. It is situated on Zaria Road about 7km from the center of the city. It is a coeducational school situated in Kano, Kano State, Nigeria. We are an institution focused on the all-round development of Wards committed to us. Our Wards are exposed to such a learning environment that will facilitate their development into responsible and socially impactful members of the society. Our training promotes the complete scope of learning incorporating an engaging and all-inclusive curriculum combined with the best Instructors and an effective learning environment. The College Core Values is to develop the students to become respectful and be able to meaningfully impact the society after graduation.
